ENTERING THE COMPETITION
Yes, entering your child is completely free. There are no entry fees, no subscription costs, and no hidden charges at any point in the entry process.
Go to the Enter the Competition page and complete the entry form with your child’s name, age, your contact details, a photo, and a short bio about your child. Once submitted, our team reviews the entry within 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your child’s entry is approved and live.
Children from newborn all the way up to 12 years old are eligible to enter the Cutie Clash Pageant.
Yes — each child is a separate entry and each one is reviewed and approved individually.
Entries submitted this month are reviewed and go live at the start of the following month’s competition. This ensures every contestant begins the new competition month at exactly the same time, with an equal opportunity to collect votes from day one.

Once an entry is approved and live, the photo cannot be changed for that competition month. You are welcome to submit a new entry with an updated photo for the following month.
Yes, at any time. Email us at hello@cutieclashpageant.co.za with your child’s name and we will remove the entry within 24 hours.
VOTING
Yes — a free voter account is required to cast votes. Creating an account takes less than a minute and is completely free. Once registered, you receive 8 free votes every day just for logging in.
There are two ways to earn free votes:
Daily login votes — Log into your Cutie Clash Pageant account every day and collect 8 free votes. These reset at midnight daily.
Game votes — Visit the Games page and play any of our games. For every minute of active gameplay you earn 5 bonus votes, up to a maximum of 50 votes per session and 100 game votes per day.
We offer four vote bundle options, all processed securely through PayFast:

Once your PayFast payment is confirmed, your votes are credited to your account immediately and automatically. You’ll see your updated vote balance in the gold bar at the top of the page. You’ll also receive a order confirmation email to your registered email address. If your votes haven’t appeared within 10 minutes of payment, email us at hello@cutieclashpageant.co.za with your order number.
Vote purchases are non-refundable once votes have been credited to your account. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact us at hello@cutieclashpageant.co.za within 24 hours and we will investigate.
Double Flash Days are special promotional events announced on our social media pages where any vote bundle purchase earns double the votes for the same price. Watch our Facebook and Instagram pages for announcements — Double Flash Days are time-limited and not available permanently.
Yes — your vote balance can be used on any contestant, in any amount, across as many contestants as you like. You are not required to put all your votes on one child.
On any contestant’s profile page or on the leaderboard, click the “Cast Multiple” button next to the vote button. Enter how many votes you’d like to cast or click “Use all my votes” to use your entire balance on that contestant. The system will show an error if you try to cast more votes than your current balance allows.
WINNING
The three contestants with the highest vote totals at the end of the competition month win the top three prizes. First place wins the top prize, with second and third place each receiving their own prizes. Vote counts are tracked in real time on the leaderboard throughout the month.
Prizes are listed on our Prizes page and rotate monthly. They include cash prizes, kids’ hampers, vouchers, and sponsored prizes from local South African businesses. Visit the Prizes page for this month’s current prize details.
Every voter who meets the eligibility criteria is entered into a monthly lucky draw, and one winner is randomly selected at the end of the month. Unlike the Cutie competition, the lucky draw is entirely random — you don’t need to cast the most votes, just be an active, eligible participant.
To be eligible for the Voter Lucky Draw you must:
- Have cast at least one vote during the competition month
- Be following Cutie Clash Pageant on our social media pages (Facebook and/or Instagram)
- Have an active Cutie Clash Pageant voter account in good standing
The voter who accumulates the most total active game play time during the month is crowned Game Champion. The Game Champion receives a dedicated feature on the Cutie Clash Pageant social media pages — including their name, total game play time, and recognition from our community. The Game Champion is also featured permanently in the Winners Hall of Fame on our website. It’s the ultimate badge of honour for our most dedicated players.
All winners — Top 3 Cuties, Voter Lucky Draw, and Game Champion — are announced on the last day of every month via our Facebook and Instagram pages. Winners are also contacted directly by email using the address registered to their account.
Prizes are distributed within 10-15 business days of the winner announcement. Winners are contacted by email to arrange delivery or collection details. For sponsored prizes, delivery may be arranged directly by the sponsoring business.
SAFETY & PRIVACY
Yes. All photos submitted to Cutie Clash Pageant are reviewed by our team before going live. Every photo displayed publicly is watermarked with Cutie Clash Pageant branding, making it difficult to download or redistribute without visible attribution.
Only your child’s first name and the bio you write during entry are displayed publicly on their contestant profile. We never display your child’s surname, date of birth, school, address, or any other personal identifying information.
Yes. Cutie Clash Pageant is fully compliant with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell your data or your child’s information to third parties for marketing purposes. You can read our full Privacy Policy on our website. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email hello@cutieclashpageant.co.za.
